1929 CLEVELAND GRANDMOTHER'S PREDICTIONS FORTUNE TELLER
1929 Cleveland Grandmother's Predictions Fortune Teller also known as the Cleveland Grandma. Made from 1929-1932 and produced by the William Gent Vending Company. It plays on a nickel. Jon is only the third owner of this rare machine and put in a lot of time to get this example refreshed and in perfect working order. Her original clothing, wig, glasses, and jewels are in three sealed boxes located in the bottom compartment of the cabinet, next to the coin box. Her original wax head is perfect and is stamped #76. The trap in the head is also perfect. Her wax hands are in very nice condition as well. All inner workings are one hundred percent original as well, all the way down to the coin box. The Cleveland Grandmother's Predictions was later copied by other amusement companies, including International Mutoscope and the Mike Munves Corp. A favorite fortune teller in The Torrence Collection. Documentation of this fortune teller from the last two gentlemen that owned her as well. The documentation includes pictures, receipts of when they purchased it and a couple of publications this example was photographed in. An incredible machine in early amusement history!
1929 AMUSEMENT MACHINE CORP. ALL AMERICAN BASEBALL
Regarded as the finest arcade game ever produced. A holy grail collectible. Housed in an investment grade walnut cabinet with turned legs. A front glass with a one-of-a-kind view of all the baseball greats, including Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. A patron drops in a nickel and the game starts immediately. The pitcher actually throws the ball with each pitch slightly different. The game is fully automatic except for the release of the bat. The bat is controlled by the patron. The scoreboard on the lower right shows the name of the current batter, score, etc. Extremely scarce. Museum quality!
1905 REGINA 35 UPRIGHT DISK MUSIC BOX
1905 Regina style 35 with mahogany curved decorative art front glass. Upright coin operated disk changer music box, the five-cent coin operated model is the even more rare than the desired home model. Documentation intact and in pristine working order. With all original late 1800's disks as well. Elegant and unbelievable how something 110 years old can still sound so beautiful.
1905 MARVIN AND CASLER CO. MYSTIC FINGERS PALM READER
Outstanding working condition, extremely rare and never in this caliber of condition. Coin operated for a penny. The Marvin and Casler Mystic Fingers fortune teller is operated by placing your right hand flat in position and the machine actually has metal risers to evaluate your hand as you pull the handle to dispense your fortune. Very original and a very rare fortune teller that is over 110 years old.
1946 PREMIER BARREL ROLL
Rarest Skee-Ball ever to exist. Absolutely gorgeous early Skee-Ball with spinning barrel on the top of the scoring area. Patiently restored by Jon and truly a one-of-a-kind arcade masterpiece.
1920s WESTERN ELECTRIC PIANO CO. HORSE RACING GAMBLING PIANO
Rare as hens' teeth, especially in working order. Straight from the roaring 1920s. Western Electric Piano Co Horse Racing Gambling Piano. One would find these in old gambling halls and beer flats. Jon made all the remaining adjustments and repairs to get this original coin operated piano in perfect working order. A light stain touch up where needed and linseed oil to replenish the cabinet. It works very similar to the antique band organs of yesteryear. It really does sound amazing. Also included are three original rolls of music. Operates on a nickel. The racehorses spin when you wager and pick the winning horse and you also get to hear a song. Wonderful patina and eye candy.
1940 BAKER NOVELTY CO. SKY PILOT
Extremely rare. Only a couple in known existence. This is a perfect original working example in pristine condition. A World War 2 fighter plane is the target as you shoot 200 machine gun shots at it. The game also meters your actual shot count and actual hit count. Original score rating card. Fantastic WW2 arcade collectible!
1954 SEEBURG COON HUNT
Beautiful original condition, works perfectly, even the original Seeburg lubrication chart is still intact and in the correct location. A two-section target unit and pedestal light activation gun game. When you shoot either of the coons, it dodges behind its tree, then the player must choose which side of the tree the coon will reappear for the next shot. The Seeburg Coon Hunt is very rare.
1928 NATIONAL NOVELTY K. O. FIGHTERS
Mint, rare and beautifully restored. This game is completely mechanical and uses no electricity except for the metal hood light. It was the first interactive boxing game ever produced. Each player must insert a nickel for their manikin to box using their gun handle style grip. Two triggers on the pistol controlled the boxer's two arms independently. A gorgeous piece of vintage coin-op and boxing history.
