This work of art is distinguished in bronze that makes this rare sculpture very unique and breathtaking. Angelic statuary represent a prominent role in the affairs of mankind, with some viewed as warriors, others as messengers, and still others as protectors. These can be seen near the tops of buildings overlooking many cities of the world, or in cemeteries watching over the souls of the deceased. Angels have been adopted by many for decorative or figurative purposes in numerous yards and gardens, providing atmosphere, solace, peace and beauty. In Christian belief, many of the faithful see angels as protectors, yet not only for themselves. With the angels who watch over the children beholding the face of God. Cherub are attendants to God in the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic traditions. Their main duties are to praise God and to support his throne, though their roles vary from culture to culture. They often portrayed as human figures having four wings, and they are usually painted blue, which signifies knowledge. In Christian art, however, cherubim usually appear as children, most often as chubby, winged babies. Sculpture of Lions have been widely used to provide a sense of majesty and awe, especially on public buildings. Lions were bold creatures, and many ancient cities would have an abundance of lion sculptures to show strength in numbers as well. This usage dates back to the origin of civilization. The first initial bronze age statue representation of a lion originated from southern Italy approx. 1000–1200 years BC.

The Egyptian Hall was one of the first buildings in England to be inspired by Europe's new interest in the various temples on the Nile, the Pyramids and the Sphinx. Herrmann mystified his audiences with his intense eyes, imposing mustache and a unique goatee that gave him a satanic appearance. Herrmann the Great helped design the famed and dangerous magic trick "The Bullet Catch." The bullet catch is a trick in which a magician has a spectator mark a bullet and load it into a gun. Then the spectator fires directly at the magician, who appears to catch the bullet in his mouth and sometimes in his hand.
